I sent in a NEW 3DS XL that was fully disassembled cause I messed up trying to replace the shell, and they fully reassembled my console, replaced a broken part, modded a USB C port to my console, and ordered a replacement shell for my console. Everything was great and just how I wanted it. We were able to communicate effectively with Bench, and they went as far as reaching out if everything was okay with the console after I got it back.”
