The tech fixes a Blu-ray drive that will not read, load or eject, or that grinds. The work is mechanism and sled repair, or a replacement drive with the original paired drive board moved over so it still plays discs. It does not apply to the All-Digital Edition, which has no drive. A brand new laser is its own service.
