Gameboy Advance SP

The Game Boy Advance SP, released by Nintendo in 2003, was a redesigned version of the Game Boy Advance featuring a compact clamshell design, a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery, and a frontlit display (later upgraded to a brighter backlit screen in the AGS-101 model). It retained full compatibility with Game Boy Advance, Game Boy Color, and original Game Boy games, making it one of the most versatile handheld consoles ever produced.
