Gameboy Color

The Game Boy Color, released by Nintendo in 1998, was the successor to the original Game Boy and featured a reflective color LCD capable of displaying up to 56 colors simultaneously from a palette of over 32,000. It was fully compatible with nearly all original Game Boy games while introducing a new library of color-enhanced titles. Powered by just two AA batteries, it offered an impressive battery life of up to 20 hours, making it one of the most successful handheld consoles ever released.
