PC Engine GT/ TurboExpress

The PC Engine GT (released as the TurboExpress in North America), released in 1990, was a handheld version of the PC Engine that played standard HuCard games without adapters. It featured a 2.6-inch color backlit LCD, stereo sound, and offered near-identical performance to the home console. While praised for its impressive graphics and compatibility, it was expensive and had poor battery life, requiring six AA batteries for only about three hours of gameplay.
