Clean & Paste involves complete disassembly of console, removal of all hair/dust/etc buildup, thorough cleaning of APU/heatsink and a fresh reapplication of thermal paste (or liquid metal). All PS3's & PS4's get new thermal paste, all PS5's get new liquid metal.
Good for routine maintenance and often the fix for overheating/loud fan issues.
