IPS Screen Upgrade — FunnyPlaying

Upgrade your original Game Boy Advance with a brighter FunnyPlaying IPS display. Mail-in service for the AGB-001 model only; a console is not included. Introductory prices include the listed parts, installation, and testing. Shipping is separate.

CHOOSE YOUR SCREEN

IPS V2 — $85: non-laminated IPS screen and matching lens, with brightness control using Select and L/R. No on-screen display menu. Uses a compatible existing shell; shell fit and any required trimming must be agreed before work begins. A replacement shell is not included in this option.

Laminated IPS M2 + shell — $105: FunnyPlaying 3.0-inch M2 display with bonded glass lens, brightness adjustment, on-screen display controls, and a compatible standard-color FunnyPlaying laminated shell. Choose a black or white lens, subject to availability. Existing buttons and membranes are reused unless an additional upgrade is arranged. Specialty or printed shells are not included.

BEFORE ORDERING

Send your console model, photos, existing modifications, and preferred shell/lens colors. Parts and colors are subject to availability. Please contact me first if the console has faults beyond its screen; additional repairs are quoted separately. Do not add a separate shell-replacement service when choosing the laminated package: its shell installation is already included.

TURNAROUND

Target completion is within one week after your console and all required parts are on hand and the work is agreed. Parts ordering and shipping time are additional; I will communicate any delay. This is not a one-week delivery promise from the order date.
